As Product and Design Director at Everest, I led strategic initiatives that deliver exceptional results across our diverse client base, from established enterprises to dynamic startups.
As a senior leader in the organisation, I set direction bringing innovation, product mindset and user-centricity to the core of the business. My proudest achievement is to have built a high-performing team of over 30 designers and product specialists across 3 countries, fostering their growth and contributing to Everest’s overall success.

AI and innovation examples

Build and directed the team to define the product strategy for Heatseeker, an innovative tool using AI to validate value propositions and run experiments. We built it iteratively, embracing agile principles and experimenting to rapidly achieve product market fit. The result?  “Best Product” at Something Digital 2024.
From initial concept to market launch, I drove the design and product team of Deeligence, an AI-powered tool that streamlines legal due diligence.  This exciting journey saw Deeligence grow into one of Australia’s most promising legal tech startups, culminating in the “Best Legal Innovation 2024” award.
We worked with Canva to define and built one of the first AI agents on Atlassian’s Rovo platform. I led the crossfuncitonal team collaborating with Canva and Atlassian to create a compelling solution that can seamless be access from within Atlassian suit to create integrated images, whiteboards & presentations. 
We partnered with Bupa to define and build an innovative tool to drives organisational change and customer centric continual improvement across the organisation: The Listening app. Our iterative approach ensured an outstanding user experience, improved business processes and  increase executive engagement.
