Tasked by Hong Kong Telecom to pioneer telehealth (pre COVID!), we navigated uncharted waters. It was not easy, as the market was not ready for telehealth, so we adopted a strategic B2B approach, focusing on chronic care providers,  to establish DrGo’s credibility. This strategy proved critical, positioning us as the leading telehealth provider when COVID-19 hit, cementing DrGo dominance in the Hong Kong market.

Beyond tech, we crafted a holistic user experience, encompassing product, medication delivery, and service design. Employing low-code tools, DrGo’s initial version was launched in a remarkable three months. This rapid development and innovative approach garnered numerous accolades, including recognition from The Global Economics Awards, CAHK STAR Awards, and IDC’s Future Enterprise Awards, solidifying DrGo’s impact on Hong Kong’s healthcare landscape.
