Onsite

In a rapid six-month sprint, I led the research, design, and iterative build of a mobile-first platform for a leading Australian energy company, directly addressing field workers’ challenges in accessing location-specific information; launching a pilot program that prioritized user feedback, the platform’s focus on real-time collaboration and information delivery aimed to significantly enhance safety and efficiency in remote operations.

Contextual information

The field workers can access to the information they need, where and when they need it. Map contextualised information and location smarts allows to declutter the noise, make easier for the workers to achieve their goals and improves safety

Delightful sharing

Sharing of information is essential on the field, but time and attention are scarce. By designing a sharing experience that is not only easy and seamless but also delightful and even fun, we improved the completion metrics.

Connected, when you need it

The field workers can access the people that is relevant in each situation and location, without even need to think about it, and even if they don’t know them personally. Making not only info but contacts contextual to the location and moment, changed the way the field workers connect with each others.

Build for the enterprise

The new system not only improves radically the work and makes it easier, but also provides a seamless and powerful analytic tool for the enterprise, with benefits across security, work planing and people management.
