I collaborated closely with the Lekue team to strategically rethink their commerce and digital experience, driving a transformation from cookware provider to lifestyle brand. We conducted extensive research and collaborative workshops with diverse business units, facilitating the creation of a cohesive, multi-channel experience centred on the consumer.
The goal was to develop an e-commerce platform that not only positioned the brand effectively but also elevated the perceived value of its products. By fostering a new association with a healthy lifestyle and culinary innovation, we successfully reshaped the brand’s perception, reinforcing its market presence and enhancing its overall appeal. This project highlights my ability to drive strategic digital transformations that align with evolving consumer expectations and amplify brand value.

Much more than a cookware e-commerce
Lekue is much more than just cookware. The brand position was key in the project, so we work very close to Lekue team to define a concept that bring to life their mix of healthy cooking and lifestyle.
One product, infinite possibilities
In this project, the architecture of information was core, which would provide answers to the users’ requirements and alternative navigation per product type.

From foodies to crossfit, everyone has their own motivation to use the lekue product and become a part of the community. A key part of the project was to make sure we define and make easy all those pathways.
