User cases for the project
The device can be used in a wide range of cases, for many different users. Defining the different users cases for the device and how it will respond both to the user and to the safety network, as well as dealing with the privacy issues that may involve the use of this device were two of the core parts of the project.
The app designs
A simple, friendly and easy to use mobile app that allows both sides and the security network to interact with the device in the different possible scenarios, was key to the success of the problem.
