We may tend to think rural areas are not as tech as the cities, but in our research we discover that new technologies are becoming a strong glue in that communities, a useful tool that skips big distancies and a huge ally to better optimise farm activities.

Mobile first, powerfull filters

The particularities of the rural life make the mobile devices the bes allies of the farmers, with a surprisingly high mobile use. Powerful and specific filters, very different from the residential ones, are also key to create a useful tool for the rural real estate.

Map search is essential

The map search with clusters is the primary option in domain rural. For big distances and complex topographies, is way more important to understand where a farm is than the name of the town.

Adapting the property page

Rural properties have particularities and special needs that make them quite different for a normal residential property. Identify them and adapting the domain property page to better suit this kind of property was one of the main challenges of the project.
