I played a leading role in the product design for commercial real estate platforms, driving significant optimizations and unlocking new revenue streams. Leading the customer-centric transformation, I conducted in-depth research, conceptualized innovative solutions, and implemented strategies that enhanced profitability while creating differentiated experiences for diverse target audiences, including office, retail, and industrial sectors.

Working closely with tech, business and marketing I focused on seamlessly aligning the platform experience across different channels and touchpoints, including web and mobile channels, agent services,  and marketing messaging, ensuring a cohesive and impactful user journey. This resulted in a modernized approach to commercial real estate, fostering both business growth and enhanced customer satisfaction.

Simplifying complexity

Commercial Real Estate is a complex ecosystem, as each type of commercial property (offices, retail, industrial…) has their own particularities, users and needs. The main challenge was to find the commonalities and differences to improve each of them, without adding complexity to the business.

In commercial property, is even more important that in residential the use of a map when it comes to search for a property. Amenities, other business, commute distances and legal zones also play a important rol in the decision making.

Bringing the IOS app to life

An iOS app simple enough that can be used for any level of expertise, but also powerful enough to cover the demands of more advanced business owners and investors across the different property types to  improve the experience of all the different types of users.

Team collaboration

In CRE team we had 17 developers and 3 product managers, that work very close to other areas of the business like marketing or sales and with external stakeholders to define the direction of the number 1 commercial real estate in Australia.
